Resident Services

At ResidentialONE, we believe that successful communities are built through resident involvement. To that end, we have created a Resident Engagement Facilitator position at the Corporate level whose mission is to create successful partnerships with residents, local organizations, and property staff members.

Our Resident Services Programs provide a myriad of activities, and initiatives for residents. Collaboration with site staff, resident groups, and outside organizations leads to innovative and successful programs that benefit everyone involved.

Spotlight: Guitars Not Guns® Music Program

The goal of Guitars Not Guns® Music Program is to help prevent violence by providing at risk youth with guitars and lessons in a classroom setting with qualified teachers.

Music becomes a catalyst for children and teens to foster personal development and help divert them from self-destructive influences such as drugs, alcohol, and gang-related activities.

In addition to learning how to master changing from one chord to another, children learn perseverance, discipline, and self-esteem. Those who complete the full 8 week program are allowed to keep the guitar and are encouraged to return for Level 2.
