A note from Loretta Gaegler:

What an amazing summer we have had at ResidentialONE! Our Corporate office was renovated and is now open and fully operational. We expanded our portfolio by adding 11 properties and, we added a Regional Director to our team. We completed a swift and highly successful lease up at Bowen Flats Apartments and are getting ready to reveal the new BE Mason Apartments.

Renovation projects at several communities were completed and others are nearing completion. All in all, a great way to head into the fall. I would like to take the opportunity to thank every member of the Residential ONE team for their continued hard work. Together, we have again elevated the bar for high performance and achievement in our industry!

Vice President of Operations
