Joe Podson joins our team as Regional Director and will be in charge of Homecrest House. Prior to joining ResidentialONE, Joe served at Executive Director of B’nai B’rtih Homecrest and has more than 20 years of experience in non-profit senior and assisted living communities. We are lucky to have him join ResidentialONE and look forward to his contributions to our continued success and growth.

Resident Appreciation Day At Royal Courts & Savannah Heights

Royal Courts / Savannah Heights Resident Appreciation Day was Saturday, September 16th.

More than 125 residents were in attendance. They enjoyed a moon bounce, basketball toss, free portraits by a caricature artist, face painting, balloon animals by Leezo the Clown and music by DJ Cheno.

Camp Fire, State Farm, Southeast Tennis and Learning Center and AmeriCorps attended the event. Each organization provided information to residents on a range of services. Camp Fire also awarded three graduate students and one high school student internships.

Thank you to the Royal Court/ Savannah Heights team and Duncan Ferguson for all your hard work and making this annual event a success.
