Congratulations Susan Kennedy and Christina Matthews

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Susan Kennedy to Controller. Susan joined ResidentialONE at the start of 2018 as Assistant Controller and expeditiously worked her way into the role of Controller. She brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the Accounting department. This promotion recognizes her contributions over the last year.

Christina Matthews has been promoted to the position of Property Accountant. Christina joined the ResidentialONE team 2 years ago as an Accounts Payable Clerk and in that role, she has grown immensely. We are very excited to have her fill this new role and bring her knowledge, dedication and experience to the Property Accountant position. We are very lucky to have her on our accounting team – please help us welcome Christina to her new role.
